Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Thermo Electron North America LLC 1400 North Point Suite 10 West Palm Beach, FL 33407 for Thermo Scientific TSQ Fortis Plus Essential Plan. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811210 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
