U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Department of Interior, | Office of Acquisition & Property Management Servicing intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.102(a) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000 to:PORTER VETERINARY PET AND WILDLIFE SERVICES LLC4003 Bracadale PlaceFort Collins, CO 80524, United StatesThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541940, Veterinary Services. NAICS Size Standard $10 million dollars. USFWS intends to award this requirement as a sole source to Porter Veterinary Pet and Wildlife Services LLC., because PVPWS LLC is qualified to provide full-time specialized veterinary care in managing the black-footed ferret, a federally endangered species housed at the National Black Footed Ferret Conservation Center located in Carr, Colorado.The PVPWS LLC, at a minimum, will provide ongoing clinical veterinary care, emergency medical services, species-specific diagnostics and treatment.This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
