As a result of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026, which requires DeCA to perform price comparisons throughout its stores to ensure that the baseline of savings, decided by the Secretary of Defense, is being met.

These services will be provided by qualified contractors in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and with contract terms and conditions.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 311613, Rendering and Meat By-Product Processing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees.  Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
