Buffalo Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide project monitoring, air monitoring, and project design services for district-wide planned and emergency asbestos abatement projects. The work will be based on the current AHERA Management plan covering approximately 70 sites, many of which have undergone renovation and asbestos removal. The contracting firm must be licensed with certified project monitors, air monitors, and project designers who will provide detailed specifications and drawings and serve as on-site representatives. The bid is currently under evaluation with responses due by April 2, 2026.
