The City of St. Pete Beach, Florida is seeking qualified contractors for a comprehensive rehabilitation of multiple wastewater and stormwater lift stations. - Government Buyer: - City of St. Pete Beach, FL (Procurement Manager: Sara Spain) - Scope of Work: - Rehabilitation of 9-10 wastewater and stormwater lift stations (#4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and #35) - Cleaning, sandblasting, and recoating of valve vault fittings - Replacement and installation of electrical equipment racks, including: - Pump control panels (5 HP, 7.5 HP, 12 HP with VFD, 35 HP with soft starter) - Meters, main disconnects, automatic transfer switches, junction boxes - SCADA panel relocation (Ellis Automated is current provider; open to alternatives) - Installation of elevated platforms, backup diesel generators with enclosures and sub-base fuel tanks - Site lighting (LED), vinyl privacy fencing and gates (6 ft tall, white preferred), curb installation - Potable and reclaimed water service and hose bib relocation - Demolition, shell restoration, and landscaping removal/disposal (notably at lift station 4) - Extension of pump cords at lift stations 4 and 10 - Emergency maintenance services with 24-hour response - Project record documents (as-builts and O&M manuals) - Notable Requirements: - All materials, equipment, and labor to be provided by contractor - Permitting required through the City - City may supply radar transmitters if needed; no preferred panel provider - Quarterly or as-needed maintenance cycles; emergency response within 24 hours - OEMs and Vendors: - Ellis Automated (current SCADA provider; not mandatory) - No other specific OEMs mandated; open to alternatives - Locations: - Work performed at multiple lift station addresses throughout St. Pete Beach, FL - Contracting office at 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706-1839
