Description

This solicitation is for on-call emergency repair services for existing water and sewer mains, including emergency repairs at the Long Beach Groundwater Treatment Plant, sewer lift stations, and other Long Beach Utilities Department facilities. The scope includes traffic control, video inspection, sewer cleaning and rehabilitation using cured-in-place pipe, repaving and slurry sealing of street trench sections, draining existing mains, and groundwater dewatering. Bidders are recommended to attend an online pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 11, 2026. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029.
