Description

Tarrant County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the replacement of generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS) at the Tarrant County Corrections Center. The project includes replacing two 35-year-old 1000kW diesel generators, adding a new 600kW diesel generator with sub-base fuel tank on the roof, replacing existing ATS and distribution panelboards, upgrading the diesel fueling system, and modifying the building facade and roof structure. The project will be delivered using a stipulated lump sum Competitive Sealed Proposal method, and the selected contractor will enter into an agreement based on AIA A201-2017 General Conditions with Tarrant County Supplementary Conditions.
