Description

Community Transit is soliciting Construction Management Services (CMS) for the first cycle of the Bus Stop Improvement Project (BSIP) to ensure ADA compliance at identified bus stops, enhancing accessibility, safety, and comfort for customers. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is open to all Architectural & Engineering firms under NAICS codes 23731 and 54199. The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) agreement starting approximately August 2026 and lasting through project completion. Vendors are encouraged to attend an optional pre-proposal conference and must submit electronic proposals by May 1, 2026.
