Description
The State of Iowa is soliciting bids for building automation products, services, installation, and ongoing support to monitor and control mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at state-owned and leased locations statewide. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement requiring bidders to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and testing for task orders. The systems must enable centralized control, monitoring, data collection, and optimization of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems. The contract term begins June 1, 2026, with options for up to five annual renewals.
