Description

This solicitation is an invitation to bid for the rehabilitation of the Water Treatment Plant clarifier in Lloydminster. The work includes removal and installation of clarifier drive mechanisms, installation of settling tubes, replacement of sludge blowdown pumps and associated piping, demolition and installation of cathodic protection systems, concrete rehabilitation, interior metal component assessment and re-coating, electrical and controls work, and painting. The project is to be completed within the active Water Treatment Plant between May 25, 2026, and March 19, 2027. Bidders must submit hard copy bids by May 7, 2026.
