Description

SaskWater is seeking a qualified contractor to expand the treated water storage capacity at the Elbow water treatment plant by installing a new above-ground storage tank. The project includes constructing the tank foundation, underground connections, a dedicated pumping system, and a new backup generator at the raw water pumphouse. The contractor will install specified control instrumentation supplied by SaskWater and assist in testing the PLC programming to ensure proper system operation. This expansion will more than double the existing potable water storage capacity to meet increasing seasonal demand.
