Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals to establish a contract for providing dental and/or vision coverage for employees, dependents, and pre-Medicare eligible retirees of the City of Chesapeake, VA. The contract is expected to be for five years with options for five additional one-year renewals, starting January 1, 2027. The City desires proposals that mirror the current dental and vision plans offered through Anthem and Davis Vision. Eligible participants include full-time employees and certain part-time employees meeting hour requirements, excluding seasonal and temporary workers.
