This solicitation seeks qualified licensed general contractors and/or OEMs to provide all equipment, materials, and labor to replace and dispose of existing media and install DOWEX™ PSR2 Plus Resin into four ion exchange vessels at the City of Stuart's Water Treatment Facility. The work includes flushing and disinfecting the vessels before and after resin placement according to ANSI/AWWA C651 standards, and transporting removed media to an EPA-approved incineration site with a certificate of destruction required before final payment. All resins must be NSF approved for drinking water.
