The City of Northampton is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to provide Energy Management Services (EMS) for the Northampton High School Geothermal Project. The procurement is pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws c25A Sec 11I and 225 CMR 19.00. There is no pre-bid conference, but optional site visits may be arranged upon request.
