This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to establish a roster of qualified weatherization installers to perform air sealing and insulation upgrades in approximately 20-25 single-family homes across Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and Sammamish. Selected contractors will receive leads on a rotating basis and provide quotes to homeowners according to program guidelines. Homeowners will contract directly with installers, who will invoice the program partner, Hopelink, for completed work.
