The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) of New York City is soliciting proposals exclusively from City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (M/WBEs) for the supply and delivery of adult and children's burial coffins on an as-needed basis. The contract term is anticipated from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with an estimated quantity of 2,500 adult caskets, 400 child caskets, and 18 extra-large adult caskets. Delivery is required within seven business days after request, and shipping costs must be included in the unit price. Vendors must submit proposals through the PASSPort system by April 17, 2026.
