Description
The Maryland Department of Health is seeking applications for a study and analysis of several Maryland health regulatory entities, including the Health Services Cost Review Commission, Maryland Health Care Commission, Maryland Insurance Administration, and Maryland Community Health Resources Commission. This study is mandated by recent legislation to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of these entities. The findings will be reported to the Governor and relevant legislative committees.
