The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to procure 20 new, Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant color multifunctional devices (MFDs) for Department of Defense (DoD) locations in South Korea, with primary delivery to Camp Humphreys. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Document Services, DLA Contracting Services Office New Cumberland - Products Requested: - 20 Color Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) - Must be TAA compliant, support networkable duplex mono/color print, scan, copy, and Common Access Card (CAC) authentication - Minimum 45 pages per minute print/copy speed, 6GB memory, 1200x1200 DPI print resolution - Compatible with Windows 11+, MacOS 13+, Microsoft Server 2016+ - Includes one full set of starter toner cartridges and one full set of high-yield toner cartridges (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) - 20 each of Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow toner cartridges - Services Requested: - Delivery and installation at DoD locations in Korea (primarily Camp Humphreys) - Device testing for network security and compliance (NIST, DISA STIG, DoD RMF) - Manufacturer warranty (minimum one year, OCONUS), 24/7 telephonic support (excluding U.S. holidays), on-site service within 2 government working days - Key operator training, reporting, and network services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Devices must be tested and certified for compliance before delivery - Must meet strict security and accessibility standards - Devices must be operational within 30 days of order receipt - Includes both starter and high-yield toner sets - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; devices must be TAA compliant and meet all technical and security requirements - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Primary: Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea - Additional: DoD locations throughout Korea - Contracting office: DLA Contracting Services Office, New Cumberland, PA
