Description

The City of Kingston is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the sanitary sewer along Foxhall Avenue from Hasbrouck Avenue to Flatbush Avenue and on Flatbush Avenue from Foxhall Avenue to the CSX Railroad. The project includes installation of approximately 4,905 linear feet of various sizes of sanitary sewer pipe, associated manholes, lateral service connections, stormwater reconstruction with SICPP pipes and concrete catch basins, replacement of lead water services, work zone traffic control, and site restoration. Bids are due by April 28, 2026, and all work must be completed by December 31, 2027.
