The Town of Fulton is seeking proposals from New York State certified Lead Testing Contractors/Firms to provide Risk Assessments and Clearances related to a recently awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Grant #431HR300-25. The scope includes lead-based paint risk assessments, paint chip analysis, dust wipe sampling, and clearance testing in accordance with EPA and HUD regulations.
