The Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) is soliciting proposals from law firms and individual practitioners to provide legal representation in various areas including corporate law, real estate, landlord/tenant issues, environmental law, construction, labor and employment, general litigation (excluding personal injury), and municipal/government entity representation.
