The City of Penticton is seeking proposals from a Structural Consultant to support the delivery of a new firehall using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method. The consultant will collaborate with the City and other project partners to provide leadership throughout the planning, design, and construction phases. Contracts include the City's Professional Services Agreement for the Validation phase and the CCDC 30 - 2025 Edition Integrated Project Delivery Contract, modified by Supplemental Conditions.
