Requirement<!--TgQPHd|[]--> The USDA Forest Service Fenn Ranger Station, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest has a requirement fo Janitorial Services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Government-owned facilities for the Fenn Ranger Station in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor’s workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements.

Award Type

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed priced service contract consisting of one (1) 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.  The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years
