The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to restore heating capability to the JWing HVAC system at Building 500, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS PKP), Offutt Air Force Base - Products and Equipment Requested: - 25-gallon stainless steel condensate tank with duplex pumps (1 unit) - Steam-to-medium temperature water U-tube heat exchanger (1 unit, part number B10206-SWA4, replacement for Taco S/N P4146) - Steam traps (1 F&T trap, 1 inverted bucket trap) - Gate valves for isolation (4 units: 2 each 1 A105 800THR, 2 each A105 8900THR) - Check valves (3 units: 1 each NPT 800 A105 piston check, 2 each NPT 800 A105 piston check) - Relief valve (1 unit, 1x1 at 75 psi) - Pressure gauges (2 units, 0-100 psi, 4" face) - Strainer (1 unit, wye strainer) - Services Requested: - Electrical connections for new equipment - Piping and coupling connections (including schedule 80 pipe on condensate side) - Supply of consumables (o-rings, gaskets, seals) - Startup testing for installation and capability - Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) compliance during work and testing - Cleanup and disposal of removed equipment and project waste off-base - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Minimum 1-year warranty on new equipment - Compliance with AFI, NFPA, OSHA, and ISO 9001 standards - Wage determination compliance and site visit authorization (Entry Authorization Lists) - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Building 500 JWing, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska - Delivery and performance at Offutt AFB, including specific contracting and resource offices

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRREMENT

The requirement is to procure, replace, and repair various equipment to restore heating capability to the JWing HVAC system at B500. 

SITE VISIT

In order to attend the site visit, EALs must be submitted by email to the contracting office by 7 April 2026 at 3:00 PM CDT.

A site visit will occur on 9 April 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT 

QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME

Offerors are required to complete all clauses/provisions that require fill-ins and submit them with their quotes or ensure their representations and certifications are up to date in SAM.gov. Questions for solicitation are due by 17 April 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT.
