Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center  located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for contractor to deliver and service floor mats on a weekly basis. All floor mats shall be delivered to Gallup Service Unit buildings as designated by the Environmental Services (EVS) Housekeeping Officer.  The contract includes a 12-month base period of performance from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, followed by three optional 12-month extension periods. The options are structured in accordance with FAR 17.204-1(b)(3)(ii), which permits the inclusion of anticipated option periods, provided that the required conditions are met at the time each option is exercised.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812332, Industrial Launderers with a small business size standard of $47.0 million.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00093 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by 04/17/2026 .  Evaluation factors may include capability to meet the Scope of Work (SOW), delivery, and price.  Quotes will be due on or by 04/25/2026 .  The acquisition is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE.)

In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
