Description

This is a Request for Proposal issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will provide food service management tools, including software, to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members nationwide. The solicitation replaces the expiring TIPS Contract 230402 and covers an indefinite quantity of supplies and services during a fixed period. Vendors currently holding the expiring contract must respond to prevent lapse unless covered by another current contract.
