The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking quotations for an Individual Standing Offer Agreement (ISOA) to supply Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete for road maintenance across all department regions including Avalon, Eastern, Central, Western, and Labrador. The agreement will cover day-to-day operational needs and allow purchases on an as-needed basis. The contract duration is one year with two optional one-year extensions. The procurement follows the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
