Description

The First Nations Health Authority is seeking a vendor to conduct two Employee Engagement Surveys and one Pulse Check Survey to measure staff wellbeing and workplace factors that predict employee satisfaction and organizational pride. The surveys aim to provide tools for reflection, benchmarking, and measurement of staff status, serving as a foundation for dialogue, action planning, and follow-up.
