This opportunity from the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division seeks a vendor to deliver a comprehensive, multi-year technical training program supporting the Drone Dominance Initiative. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane), Workforce Development Branch, Human Resources Office - Products/Services Requested: - 5-year training program on drone warfare and autonomous defense systems - Initial 2-day fundamentals course for up to 60 students (FY26) - At least 10 technical training courses annually, covering all levels (beginner to expert) - Topics include unmanned systems principles, AI-driven defense, autonomous targeting, counter-drone tactics, ethical considerations, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity implications - Training materials and venues provided by the government; courses held during normal working hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendor must be CMMC Level 1 Self at time of award - Annual updates to the training catalog required - Invoicing within 5 business days after course completion - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Crane, Indiana

Any interested vendors must be CMMC Level 1 Self at the time of award. 

NSWC Crane is requesting multiple technical training courses for employees at all levels supporting the Drone Dominance Initiative.  All training efforts will be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
