The U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, Texas, is seeking qualified sources for security system technician maintenance and support services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) - Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sam Houston (MICCFSH) - OEMs and Vendors: - Hanwha (Wisenet WAVE VMS) - Open Options (DNA Fusion) - Digital Air Control Inc. (incumbent contractor) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and support for security systems, including: - Hanwha Wisenet WAVE Video Management System (VMS) - Open Options DNA Fusion access control system - CCTV, access control, and alarm systems - System hardware, software, and uninterrupted power supplies - Onsite technician services: - One full-time and one part-time certified technician - 24/7 emergency after-hours support with a 2-hour response time - System integration and troubleshooting - Maintain at least 95% system functionality - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Technicians must be certified for the specified systems - Emergency support must be available with a 2-hour response window - Small businesses of all socioeconomic categories are encouraged to respond - The current contract value is $820,040 for a 5-year period - Place of Performance: - Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, TX - Camp Bullis, TX - All MEDCoE facilities
