Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) Strategic Information Technology (IT) Division operating under Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Senior Contracting Official's authority is investigating the market capability to provide sustainment support for Product Lead Logistics Information Systems (PL LIS) Radio Frequency-In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV) program. RF-ITV is an Army system that provides global in-transit visibility for the identification, movement, and tracking of assets for unit move and sustainment cargo for the entire Department of War. Support of RF-ITV includes maintaining the global active radio frequency identification (aRFID) equipment, supporting the day to day operations for the RF-ITV Production, COOP, Trainer, and Development/Test Environments to include all cybersecurity, engineering, and system administration needed for the hardware and software, 24/7 service desk supporting both the RF-ITV and TC AIMS systems, program management, agile software development for all servers, portals, and applications used on the program. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more detail. All interested parties should provide a response as indicated below.
