THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is conducting market research to determine the capabilities of industry and sources available to provide a Training Management System (TMS), to develop and support such a system or provide operational, maintenance, and developmental support for the current system in place. FLETC requires a program that can manage, schedule, report and to conduct financial transactions for student training. See attachments.
