Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0359 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Lawn Care Maintenance Services consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) attachment.   

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730  The small business size standard is $9.5 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

Statement of Requirement

The USDA, ARS, SEA, R.W. Harned 1 and Poultry Research Unit, Mississippi, State, MS location has a requirement for Lawn Care Maintenance Services consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option that must be performed in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) attachment.     

Site Visit.  Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and be escorted by a government representative to confirm locations, and area of terrain to be serviced. One site visit is scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. Central Time at the USDA, ARS, SEA, R.W.Harned 1 and Poultry Research Unit, 150 Twelve Lane, Mississippi State, MS 39762.  Site visit point of contact:  Neil P.
