This is a non-personal services contract to provide meals, lodging, training and facilities for cadets and cadre conducting Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Butler. Resource working group will occur on 1 June 2026 with follow on training camp from 16 to 18 June 2026 plus four option years (OY).The place of performance for will be within a 50 miles radius of Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
