The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction specialty trade services to provide a Design-Build for Military Repair Army Reserves restoration of 21,644 SF Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA).  Project is intended to repair the existing facility to include bay space, storage space, locker room space, breakroom/ classroom space, latrines, and administrative support areas at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey. 

Based on the responses to this request via the Market Survey Response Form, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government will consider feedback received in determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate for this requirement.
