Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide Procurement Analyst Construction contracting support services to 127th Mission Support Contracting (MSC).

Detailed attention is required to ensure all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner for consideration. The due date for quotes is 30 Apr 2026, 2pm local time.

Quote requirements:

Line item pricing to include total of Base year and all options.

Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, Narrative detailing conformance to the Solicitation and the Performance Work Statement PWS, specifically section 5 of the PWS, not to exceed 25 pages, single sided.

Formal communications such as request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the address below. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on the http://www.sam.gov web site. They will be contained in the in a document titled “Questions and Answers”. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than, 2:00 PM local time, 17 April 2026. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered in System for Award Management (http://www.sam.gov).
