Nationwide Procurement of Medtronic StealthStation S8 Image-Guided Surgical Navigation Systems and Services for VA

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Strategic Acquisition Center Fredericksburg, is seeking proposals for a nationwide requirements contract to supply advanced image-guided surgical navigation systems and related services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Strategic Acquisition Center Fredericksburg - OEMs and Vendors: - Medtronic (primary OEM for StealthStation S8 and related products) - Products/Services Requested: - Medtronic StealthStation S8 Image-Guided Surgical Navigation System (or equivalent) - Includes hardware, software, accessories, consumables, and a wide range of Medtronic part numbers (e.g., M072707M015, 9735665, 9735736, 9735894, etc.) - Upgrades, planning stations, cranial/spine/ENT software kits, and integration accessories - Installation, setup, and clinical/technical training by OEM-authorized personnel - Preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacement services (OEM-authorized) - Service and support agreements (annual, with options for up to 5 years) - Dedicated service representatives for surgical support - Software upgrades and connectivity packages - Biomedical training and education credits - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only new OEM equipment is acceptable; no refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items - Compliance with VA directives, electronic invoicing, and recall/product refresh procedures - Quarterly sales reporting and past performance documentation required - All installation, maintenance, and training must be performed by OEM-authorized personnel - Nationwide delivery to VA facilities, with specific locations determined by individual orders - Comprehensive service coverage, including after-hours and expedited support options

Page 1 of 3 Page 1 of 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C10G26R0009 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Image-Guided Surgical Navigation Systems. This acquisition is unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Line Items: Refer to ATTACHMENT A - PRICE COST SCHEDULE_NX EQ Image-Guided Surgical Navigation System for CLINs, quantities, and units of measure. Description of Requirements: Offerors shall provide NX EQ Image-Guided Surgical Navigation Systems that meet the salient characteristics listed in ATTACHMENT B PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Only new OEM equipment is acceptable. No refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
