Five-Year Contract for Internet, Wifi, and Cable TV Services at Redstone Arsenal, AL

The U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC) Region 1 Southeast at Redstone Arsenal, AL, is preparing to solicit a five-year contract for commercial internet, wifi, and cable television services at two facilities on the base. - Contract covers both BLDG 3646 Ajax Road (HQ) and BLDG 3489 Holly Road (Annex) at Redstone Arsenal - Services required: - High-speed commercial internet (500 Mbps to 1 Gbps) with wifi and landline at the Annex - Cable TV with at least two drops and digital video recording (minimum 50 hours) at the HQ - All necessary equipment, installation, maintenance, and 24/7 help desk support - Contractor must provide all equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance - All software and firmware upgrades must be completed within 60 days of release - Contractor must already have licensed entry access to Redstone Arsenal; obtaining access can take up to six months - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or quantities are listed - Five-year contract: one base year plus four option years - Services must be fully operational within 60 days of award - Detailed access and performance requirements are in the attached PWS

The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to post a solicitation to award a five-year contract on Redstone Arsenal, AL for the following items: Cable television and internet services. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, or a solicitation of offers.

This is a special notice for all contractors that may be interested in bidding, that in order to successfully bid on the future solicitation, the contractor must already have approval and licensed entry access on Redstone Arsenal. This notice provides instructions on how to obtain entry approval within the attached PWS. The process can take around six months to obtain.
