Description

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking qualified independent firms to provide environmental review consulting services for affordable housing developments funded through various programs including HOME, HOME-ARP, CDBG-DR, FHA Risk Share, National Housing Trust Fund, Ohio Housing Trust Fund, and Ohio 811 Project Rental Assistance Program. The selected consultants will conduct site-specific environmental screenings, review environmental work submitted by project sponsors, conduct site visits, and propose mitigation measures as needed.
