Description

The City of North Las Vegas is soliciting bids for a vendor to process all outgoing mail, including proper postage application and delivery to the Post Office. The vendor must pick up all daily mail from the City Hall Mailroom between 3:00 and 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) system by May 4, 2026. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on April 8, 2026, via Microsoft Teams to discuss requirements and answer questions.
