The North Carolina Department of Administration, Facility Management Division, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Garner Road Complex in Raleigh, NC, which includes the State Highway Patrol (SHP) Training Center and State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Complex. - Scope of Services: - Daily cleaning, major maintenance (e.g., carpet cleaning, floor stripping/waxing), emergency clean-up, and special request cleaning for approximately 92,057 sq. ft. across multiple buildings - Scheduled general cleaning for SHP Training Center (44,636 sq. ft.) and SBI Complex (47,421 sq. ft.) - Unscheduled cleaning services available on request, including emergency response within one hour - Staffing Requirements: - Minimum of four daytime and four evening janitorial personnel - Staff must pass background checks and complete safety training - Vendor Responsibilities: - Provide all necessary equipment and supervision - Comply with state and federal employment and eligibility laws - Maintain good standing with the State of North Carolina - Contract Details: - Initial term of one year with options for two additional one-year renewals - Possible extensions beyond the last active term upon vendor agreement - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are required, as this is a service-based procurement - All work to be performed at state-owned facilities, including the Garner Road Complex, SHP Aviation & Driving Training, and related offices
