Description

The Town of Rothesay is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to design and manage the construction of a new combined well house and raw water transmission mains at 4 McGuire Road. The project includes the design of a building to house control systems for two new bedrock wells with space for a future third well, installation of raw water piping, and associated infrastructure. The consultant will be responsible for preliminary and detailed design, construction management, inspection, and coordination with utilities and agencies. Proposals must be submitted by April 7, 2026.
