Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Atlantic Region, intends to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the provision of miscellaneous building materials and supplies on an as and when requested basis. The contract will serve various Federal Government Departments and Agencies located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. The standing offer period is from the award date to May 30, 2028, with an estimated contract duration of 24 months starting May 31, 2026. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and applicable trading partners, and selection will be based on the lowest price through competitive open bidding.
