Design-Build mitigation and construction service requirement to design and construct 404, 401 permit approved mitigation by rebuilding ocean front sand dunes, to re-establish water flow to existing wetlands lagoon in accordance with 404 and 401 permit requirements and Explosive Site Safety (ESS) Plan. The work includes landscaping, civil, structural, biological monitoring and potential capability to locate, identify, remove, and dispose of un-exploded ordinance. The NMACC III firm shall perform the Design- Build construction services at USCG Air Station Pt Mugu, Ventura, CA.
