The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and/or Mental Health Treatment in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County California for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C26126Q0399. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 3rd, 2026, with an anticipated due date of April 17th, 2026.
