Description
The Town of Farmington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist the Planning and Zoning Commission in preparing and adopting the 2028 Farmington Plan of Conservation and Development. The scope includes updating the current plan with community engagement, data analysis, and development of actionable goals and objectives covering land use, housing, transportation, economic development, and environmental stewardship. The consultant will facilitate public input, prepare necessary documents, and deliver the final plan by November 2027.
