Description

The City of Union City is seeking qualified environmental review consultants to prepare and process environmental review documentation for development projects and long-range planning initiatives under CEQA and/or NEPA. The city intends to create a pre-qualified list of consultants from which it will select for city-sponsored and private projects requiring environmental review expertise. The list will have a term of four years with opportunities for updates every two years, and the city expects to select at least two consultants. Consultants will provide on-call environmental review services, including preliminary project reviews, environmental impact analyses, and preparation of CEQA documents.
