The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Healthcare Center (FYHC), located at 401 Picacho Road, Winterhaven, CA 92283, requires comprehensive pest control services to maintain a safe, sanitary, and healthcare-compliant environment.

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, traps, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services.
