The U.S. Embassy Paris, under the Department of State, is seeking comprehensive pest control services for multiple U.S. Government buildings and residences in Paris, France. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Safety, Health, and Environmental Management (SHEM) - U.S. Embassy Paris, Contracts Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Syngenta (Advion Ant Gel, Advion Cockroach Gel, Weather Blok XT) - Bayer (Maxforce Ant Bait Station, Maxforce Roach Killer Bait Gel, Tempo SC Ultra, Premise 75, Premise SC 2) - BASF (Termidor SC or WP, Termidor 80 WG, Termidor SC) - Zoecon/Wellmark (Gentrol Point Source) - Nisus Corp (Niban Fine Granular, BORA-CARE, Tim-BOR) - Monsanto (Roundup Pro, Roundup Dry Pack) - DowAgro (Sentricon with Recruit) - Control Solutions (Demand CS) - Products/Services Requested: - Regular rodent control services at Chancery, Raphael Building, CMR Residence, Weber Residence, Leopold 2 Residence, Deschanel Residence, Boulogne Compound, and Neuilly Compound - Example: 24 bi-monthly visits at Chancery, 12 monthly visits at Weber Residence, etc. - Temporary additional pest control services (technician labor hours, trips, materials/equipment up to €10,000/year) - Use of EPA-registered professional-use pesticides for ants, cockroaches, fleas, mosquitoes, weeds, rodents, termites - Specific products include Advion Ant Gel, Maxforce Ant Bait Station, Demand CS, Termidor SC, Premise 75, Contrac Blox, Weather Blok XT, Sentricon with Recruit, and others - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Compliance with U.S. and local regulations, including EPA registration and safety protocols - Registration in System for Award Management (SAM) - Firm-fixed price IDIQ contract with one base year and two option years - Material costs for temporary services capped at €10,000 annually - Place of Performance: - Multiple U.S. Government facilities in Paris, France, including Chancery, Embassy, and residential compounds - Contracting office located at U.S. Embassy Paris and Department of State headquarters in Washington, DC

Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation to replace the previous solicitation ref. 19FR6326Q0060 for Pest Control Services in various USG buildings in Paris, France. 

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed price and IDIQ contract with one base and two option years.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
