South Orange Village is soliciting proposals for the supply and planting of trees on municipal property and public road rights of way during Spring 2026. Proposals must be submitted by April 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will cover all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required to complete the tree planting work. Vendors must comply with New Jersey Business Registration Law and other regulatory requirements.
